When planning his Liberty Square work/live/play community in Sun Prairie, Wis., local builder/developer Bob Kraus wanted to create the look and feel of an upscale community, but without increased material and labor costs. The solution: Nichiha fiber cement panels. The panels can be installed on steel, concrete, and wood framework—key for this mixed-use project because it includes single- and multifamily homes, churches, restaurants, and specialty shops. No special tools or subcontractors are needed for installation. Nichiha Sandstone and Vintage Brick panels clad the structures.
