Simpson Strong-Tie Anchor Systems’ new AT-XP Acrylic-Tie is a fast-curing anchoring adhesive for uncracked concrete. The product is designed for use in all weather conditions, including below-freezing temperatures. The adhesive offers easy hole cleaning, requiring only a standard nylon brush and compressed air before dispensing the adhesive.
Tested in accordance with ICC-ES AC308 and IBC 2009 requirements for uncracked concrete, AT-XP comes in 13-oz. and 30-oz. cartridges for such applications as threaded rod anchoring and rebar doweling into concrete.
