Paul Baginski joins Parsons Brinckerhoff as director of buildings, infrastructure

NEW YORK, NY – Paul Baginski has been named National Director of Buildings and General Infrastructure, which includes Federal services, for the Americas operation of Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), a global infrastructure, strategic consulting, engineering and program/construction management organization.

In his new position, Mr. Baginski will be responsible for strategic direction, program development, operations, and execution on major Federal and buildings programs, employing PB’s global reach to serve governmental, institutional and private sector clients.   

Mr. Baginski has 25 years of diversified engineering and program management experience.  Prior to joining PB, he was director of federal programs for a nationwide engineering consulting firm.  His experience includes business unit operations; marketing and sales; and managing large programs involving transportation, civil, environmental and land use design. 

Mr. Baginski holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Colorado and a bachelor of arts in environmental studies from Rollins College.  His professional affiliations include American Council of Engineering Companies, Society of American Military Engineers and American Society of Civil Engineers.

PB is also pleased to announce that Roger Blair has been named as the new President of the Power and Energy Division, and Greg Kelly as the new President of the Transportation Division for the Americas operation of PB.  Mr. Blair, with PB for 27 years, has over 30 years of experience in the power market.  Mr. Kelly, with PB for 16 years, has over 28 years of experience in the transportation market.
