The two-building Drexel Parking Structure, Office and Clinic expands the University of Chicago campus while controlling spillover into the adjacent Woodlawn community. Designed by Chicago-based Ross Barney Architects, the 11-story, 300,000-sf garage accommodates 1,010 cars. Connected to the garage is an L-shaped, four-story office building with 15,000-sf floor plates, providing space for the university police department, the biological sciences division, and other departments.
