The group will also provide geographic information systems and mapping, public involvement and planning, governmental permit and site evaluations, and surveying, design and construction management for the renewable energy industry, with emphasis on wind farm developers and owners.

Palm has more than 35 years of experience in the real estate and development industry. He currently serves as president of both the Baraboo Economic Development Committee and Citizens for Waterfront Revitalization.
