Despite setbacks stemming from Hurricane Katrina, work will move forward on the 38-story Portofino at the Broadwater hotel/condo development in Biloxi, Miss. The tower will feature a lifestyle and spa facility and a yacht marina. It will be part of a 300-acre resort and casino overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. A golf course and a 38-acre mall with dining and entertainment are also planned.
