Metropark Corporate Center Seeking LEED Certification

Metropark Corporate Center Seeking LEED Certification

By Staff | August 11, 2010

SJP Properties has announced it will seek LEED certification from the USGBC for the Metropark Corporate Center, a 300,000-square-foot, 10-story Class-A office tower to be built adjacent to the Metropark train station. The state-of-the-art, "build to suit" development, which includes a five-level parking garage, reflects the state's growth plan of concentrating development along major transit hubs.

SJP Properties, one of the New York metropolitan area's leading developers of Class-A office space, has received final site approvals at Metropark Corporate Center, and construction will commence within weeks of a lease commitment.

Located in the prestigious Metropark office campus, the property is located directly across the street from the Metropark train station, offering tenants direct access to Amtrak and New Jersey Transit rail service. Metropark Corporate Center is located just minutes away from two well-known hotels with conference facilities, countless restaurants, retail shopping, and other amenities. The facility is neighbored by noted corporations, including The Prudential Insurance Company, Siemens Corporation, Ernst & Young, and Cisco systems.
