Landmark Structures Corporation has been awarded a contract from New Boston Ventures to construct 18 affordable housing units for Brookford Dalin Dean Homes in Roxbury, MA. The $4.3-million project will encompass seven two-family buildings and four single-family buildings in the Dudley area of Roxbury. A summer 2009 completion date is anticipated.
