Kevin MacClary named VP of Foulger-Pratt Contracting

Formerly Director of Multi-Family Operations, exec has been with the firm since 1992.

ROCKVILLE, MD – Foulger-Pratt is pleased to announce the promotion of Kevin MacClary to Vice President of Foulger-Pratt Contracting.

“Over the past seven years, I have had the pleasure of working with Kevin. He has been an integral part of our executive management team and it is with great pleasure that we recognize his expertise and leadership,” said David Uffelman, President of Foulger-Pratt Contracting. 

Mr. MacClary has served as Director of Multi-Family Operations for Foulger-Pratt Contracting since joining the company in November of 1992. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing the construction and project management of all multi-family  projects, and providing leadership and oversight as the project transitions from the preconstruction stage through construction and final turnover.

Mr. MacClary has more than 37 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for being a great leader and team player, exhibiting tremendous mentorship skills to his staff. He has been instrumental in the growth of Foulger-Pratt Contracting’s multi-family portfolio. Some recent examples of projects that Mr. MacClary directed include: the Exchange at Wheaton Station in Wheaton, MD; the Citron Apartments in Downtown Silver Spring: and Penrose Square mixed-use development in Arlington, VA.

Mr. MacClary is currently working on Phase I of Windmill Parc in Dulles, VA; The Perry at Park Potomac in Potomac, MD; a commission on-call contract with the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County; and Art Place at Fort Totten in Washington, DC.

Mr. MacClary received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University. He has continued his education with a NAVFAC/USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certification, and has taken classes in Mold Awareness Training, CPR and First Aid, OSHA 10-Hour, and LEED Core Concepts and Strategies.

Mr. MacClary is active in his community and has served as the Fairfax Little League President; Fairfax High School Crew Team VP of Operations; Fairfax Police Youth Club Basketball Coach; and an American Legion Baseball Coach. Mr. MacClary is also a licensed USCG 50 Ton Master.
