One of the gratifying programs offered is EngAGE, which provides important organization expertise and life-enhancing skills by addressing seniors’ physical, mental and social needs including educational and wellness choices. Other activities include writing classes, art, music, physical fitness and outings to local places of interest. The winners of the 2008 Best of 50+ Housing Awards were announced during the Building for Boomers and Beyond: 50+ Housing Symposium in New Orleans, LA last month. Every year since 2004, NAHB 50+ Housing Council has awarded KTGY with at least one prestigious Best of 50+ Housing Award.
