Duke Realty Corporation (Duke) announces that its Government Solutions Division has been awarded the contract to develop and manage the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) new Outpatient Clinic in Fort Worth, Texas. The 213,029-square-foot facility will be located on a 24-acre site at I-20 and Campus Drive, south of downtown. Design team members for the project include Page Southerland Page and F&S Partners.
The largest clinical development currently scheduled by the VA, the new two-story, built-to-suit facility will include surgical procedure rooms, outpatient recovery rooms, energy monitoring system, and a state-of-the-art facility with overall design characteristics representative of the Forth Worth area.
