The building design was inspired by historical elements in the community, and utilizes traditional masonry construction highlighted with a contemporary PAC-CLAD standing seam metal roof.

Considerable challenges posed by the height of the buildings. Narrow streets enclosed by high rise structures removed any option of using GPS survey methods. Everything needed to be shot via line-of-sight measurement. (Image from Google Earth Pro).
