The Haskell Co. of Jacksonville, Fla., broke ground on the $69 million, 370,000-sq.-ft. Los Angeles County courthouse in Lancaster, Calif., just north of Los Angeles. The four-story courthouse will feature 15 courtrooms and a number of law enforcement offices. Completion is scheduled for January 2003.
