Its 279 units use 12% less energy and between 16% and 25% less water than conventional apartments, and feature eco-friendly building materials that improve indoor air quality. Xeriscaping reduces outdoor water usage. Page designed the units to be constructed with energy-efficient plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
