More than 15 years of experience in K-12, university, healthcare, and commercial office sectors.

Managed $226 million renovation and expansion of University of Michigan football stadium, completed ahead of schedule (July 2010) and under budget. Splitting project into two separate sideline projects reduced financial risk for client and Barton Malow, and saved the university more than $9 million.

Led preconstruction teams for $166 million Rose Bowl renovation and University of Notre Dame’s new $46 million hockey facility.

Frequent guest speaker, University of Michigan engineering programs.

Initiated Adopt-a-Family program at UM football stadium construction site, raising money for families in need, along with donations of food, clothing, and toys.

Organized American Heart Association fundraiser among subcontractors on UM site. 

Ran two full and two half marathons in 12 months; 12 marathons overall.

Loves wakeboarding.

Favorite food: anything that he can grill in his backyard.

Played varsity basketball at University of Michigan on a scholarship. Was a teammate of Michigan’s “Fab Five.”
