Developer Capital Real Estate Group and architect RMJM have unveiled the design for Vista Center, a 25-story, LEED Platinum office tower in Trenton, N.J.—the city's largest commercial development in decades.

The 700,000-sf Class A office building is planned directly adjacent to the Trenton Transit Center, which is the final phase of a $75 million renovation program, and will include 12,000 sf of ground-level retail, a parking garage for more than 1,140 cars, and two public art components—a plaza with a signature sculpture and a lobby with a video art installation.

Sustainable features include roof-mounted solar panels, low-VOC interior finishes, stormwater collection, energy-efficient lighting with daylight dimming, and low-e glazing. Langan Engineering, Elmwood Park, N.J., Turner Construction, New York, and Buro Happold, New York, are also involved in the project.
