A TD Bank Group office in downtown Toronto is the first project to be WELL-Certified under WELL v1, the International WELL Building Institute recently announced.
The newly renovated 25,000-sf space achieved gold-level status. The project earned the distinction based on seven categories of building performanceāair, water, light, nourishment, fitness, comfort, and mind.

The WELL Building Standard is a performance-based certification system using best practices in design and construction along with evidence-based medical and scientific research. To date, WELL has enrolled 154 building projects in 17 countries.
