Start your ballasts

Designed to operate as a starting aid to all high-pressure-sodium ballasts from 35 to 400 watts and with lamp voltages of 55 or 100 volts, the model HPS30 will deliver the appropriate trigger spikes for lamp ignition, then reduce voltage for continued operation. For old or poorly working lamps, the HPS 30 automatically continues to feed voltage spikes as needed. The universal three-wire design is color-coded for ease of installation and will operate with ballasts from numerous manufacturers. All components are sealed with high-grade dielectric material to protect against contaminants and other conditions in the environment.
