Skyline Windows names Tom Ruchalski CFO

Skyline Windows LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Tom Ruchalski, 60, as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer.

In his new role at Skyline, Ruchalski is responsible for the overall cash management and financial position of the company, including but not limited to strategic planning, development and execution of business plans, budgeting, banking relationships, and policies and procedures.

He is also responsible for the Human Resource and Technology teams. 

Ruchalski, an active CPA, has over 38 years of experience including 18 years in the construction industry. His most recent assignment was CFO at Consolidated Carpet.  He has previously worked in senior level positions at URS Corp, Siemens AG and GAF Materials Corp in various financial, accounting, operations and manufacturing leadership roles.

In his most recent position as CFO at Consolidated Carpet, Ruchalski improved cash management, financial reporting and assessed acquisition candidates. As Division Region Controller at URS Corp he created a performance metrics dashboard later rolled out throughout the country. As Vice President of Finance and Business Administration at Siemens, he drastically improved efficiency and performance.
