Senior Living Project

Senior Living Project

August 11, 2010

Carmel, IN – St. Louis-based Paric Corp. has completed a $42-million, high-end senior living project for the Stratford Companies in Carmel. The 337,000-square-foot continuing care retirement community is one of the first developments of its kind in the Indianapolis area.

Stratford at West Clay has been designed as an active senior living community, located in a multi-generational living community of the Village of West Clay, allowing seniors to live nearby their adult children and their families. The development includes 172 apartments and a total of 400 rooms available to serve a variety of continuing care needs. Forty detached bungalow units provide homes for independent living.

Paric served as construction manager for the project, and The Lawrence Group served as architect and provided interior design for the project.
