Walnut Creek, CA – Gilbane Building Company announced today the appointment of Sarabjit Singh, P.E. as the new president of ITSI Gilbane (soon to be Gilbane Federal) and Gilbane Global, subsidiaries of Gilbane Building Company. Active in the federal sector for more than 25 years, Singh comes to ITSI Gilbane from URS Corp., where he served as group general manager, Americas East Group Infrastructure.

“Sarabjit is an exceptional leader who has shown an outstanding talent for building winning teams for federal, public and private clients. Singh’s experience serving the federal government and infrastructure market segments includes a range of other services, among them engineering, architectural design, construction management, and logistics.
