The Chicago office of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill is architect for the $89 million Joe and Teresa Lozano Long Center for the Performing Arts in Austin, Texas. Dallas-based Austin Commercial is general contractor for the facility, which is scheduled to open in the fall of 2004.

Radius Architecture & Design of Rockaway, N.J., is architect for a 250,000-sq.-ft. multitenant office/warehouse complex in Rockaway Township, N.J. A design/build project by St. Louis-based Clayco Construction Co., the mixed-use facility will be developed by Jones Lang LaSalle.

San Francisco-based URS Corp. and New York City-based Robert A.M. Stern Architects are the architects and engineers for a 50,000-sq.-ft. federal court building in Youngstown, Ohio. URS will be the architect of record and perform structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering, while Stern will be lead design architect. In addition to a bankruptcy courtroom, the building will include space for other federal agencies. Pittsburgh-based Dick Corp. is CM.
