The Kolbe Ultra and Heritage Series of windows and doors provides options for more accessible, independent living. With motorized operators, longer crank handles, and oversized lever locks, windows can be easily operated from a seated position. Doors may be ordered with an aluminum sill ramp or flush-to-floor sills for smooth transition from one side to the other. Doors are also available in wide sizes to accommodate passage by people with mobility aids. Kolbe offers window and door units that exceed the suggested energy values for LEED by up to 20%.
