Designed for high-rise multifamily and hotel projects, new terrace doors from Wausau Windows and Wall Systems have low-profile sills on both in-swing and out-swing models for improved ADA accessibility. Extruded aluminum sill with ribbed insert allows TD-4250i series terrace doors to have water resistance ranging from 8 psf for French in-swing doors up to 15 psf for single-leaf out-swing doors. The units have a 4 1/2-inch frame depth, single-handle operation with multipoint locks, and a polyamide nylon barrier. Doors may be painted or anodized.
