The new ED900 is an advanced low-energy swing-door power operator. When operated manually, the ED900 reduces the amount of physical effort needed due to advanced power assist through the entire opening cycle (up to 85 degrees), making it especially helpful for children, the elderly, persons with disabilities, or those carrying objects or pushing carts. The device is fully ADA-compliant and includes a blow-open feature for smoke ventilation (per NFPA code 92B), permanent hold-open, and an onboard power supply delivering 1.5 amps at 24 volts DC.
