The 132,000-sf Hollenstein Career and Technology Center, Fort Worth, Texas, houses 10 different specialized career training academies. Cosmetology is among the available applied learning paths for students. Designers turned to nora rubber flooring for a flooring option that could withstand hair dye, bleach, nail polish remover, and other chemicals and salon products used in the facility. According to the flooring maker, the noraplan environcare option was chosen because it is easy to clean and maintain and is a comfortable option for students and staff who are on their feet all day.
