Developed specifically for the Southern and Western U.S. roofing markets, tan-colored Sure-Weld thermoplastic polyolefin membranes have a reflectance rating of 0.71 and an emittance rating of 0.86, meeting all the requirements of California’s Title 24. The tan TPO is available in contractor-friendly sizes up to 12x100 feet and features heat-weldable seams, increasing seaming speed and providing seam strength. Sure-Weld TPO roofing systems can achieve UL and FM Class A and B fire ratings with various substrates, including polyisocyanurate, extruded polystyrene insulation, wood fiberboard, and gypsum board.
