After two years, began leading company’s expansion into construction management. Built multiple business relationships and high-visibility partnerships leading to Warrior’s first construction management contract: the University of North Texas at Dallas Building Two project ($41.5 million, LEED Gold).
Managed construction of first LEED Silver auto dealership in nation (Pat Lobb Toyota, McKinney, Texas).
Won awards from Associated Builders and Contractors and Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Business Council
