
Construction work has commenced on the first speculative industrial building in the 300-acre Agua Mansa Industrial Center in Riverside, Calif. Developed by a joint venture of Seventh Street Development and Genesis LA Real Estate Fund, the 108,000-sf Hall Avenue Building will feature a 30-foot clearance, 20 dock doors, and an early suppression fast response sprinkler system.
