One York Street, a block-long pre-Civil War building in New York City's Tribeca district, is being redesigned as a luxury condominium building with a new 14-story glass tower as its central core. Designed by Mexican architect Enrique Norten, One York Street is scheduled for completion by late 2006. It will house 9,000 sf of retail space, 14,000 sf of office space, 40 loft units, and 15 penthouses. Stanley Perelman of New York-based JANI Real Estate is the developer.
