With 18,000 sf of ground-floor shops and 146 luxury loft rentals, the five-story 777 South Broad complex is Philadelphia’s first LEED-registered multifamily mixed-use building. It’s just seven minutes away from the city’s most popular destinations, including Walnut Street shopping, the Avenue of the Arts, and sport venues. Designed by Philadelphia’s own JKR Partners, 777 South Broad employs a white roof to dissipate summertime heat, sustainable materials such as bamboo for flooring, and low-flow plumbing fixtures to conserve water.
