St. Louis-based Paric Corp. recently reached a major construction milestone on expansion of Patients First Health Care in Washington, MO. Paric placed the final beam, topping out the steel structure. The $30.4-million expansion is on scheduled to add 109,000 square feet in two, three-story wings to the current 85,000-square-foot health center. Completion is expected by the end of summer.

The project has added to the original Patients First Health Care structure on both ends. When completed, the Patients First Washington Campus additions will include an ambulatory surgery center, a cancer treatment center, additional physician offices, expanded retail space, and meeting rooms.
