Palmer Electric donates time and materials to West Orange Habitat for Humanity

WINTER PARK, Fla., March 25, 2009 — Winter Park, Fla.-based Palmer Electric Company donated labor and materials valued at $2,100 to West Orange Habitat for Humanity for the construction of a home in Winter Garden, Fla. Palmer Electric has provided similar donations to three other Habitat for Humanity homes in Central Florida in the past five years.

“It is especially important in tough times that we continue to support programs that touch our neighbors on such a basic level as housing,” said Tom G. Beard, president, Palmer Electric Company.
