The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is launching an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) pilot program for complaints filed with OSHA's Whistleblower Protection Program. ADR is aimed at helping complainants and employers resolve their disputes in a cooperative, voluntary manner.
