Omniplan completes second phase of Watermark Church master plan

Architecture firm Omniplan completed phase two construction of a 2,100-seat worship center for Watermark Community Church in Dallas. The expansion will accommodate worship services on an 11.5-acre campus where an eight-story office tower was renovated under phase one. After the church held Sunday services in a local high school auditorium for many years and exceeded seating capacity, administrative functions were moved to the new site in 2006. Phase three of the master-planned campus will be a 250,000-sf complex that will include a 3,500-seat worship auditorium, a 500-seat multi-purpose room, a 350-seat chapel, a converted children's education building, and a 20,000-sf “town center” lobby.
