    Construction has commenced on India Tower, a 60-story mixed-use tower in South Mumbai, India. Designed by FXFOWLE Architects, the tower will include shopping, dining, entertainment, a Park Hyatt hotel, and condominiums. The Building Team, which includes developer D.B. Hospitality Private Ltd. and structural and MEP engineer Buro Happold, London, is working toward a LEED Gold rating.
