Clayco of Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., is nearing completion of a multilevel office building to be leased by the General Services Administration in Norfolk, Va., using tilt-up construction. The 58,190-sf building will have a first-floor lobby uniting a two-story wing and a three-story wing to house a Social Security Administration unit and its Office of Hearing and Appeals. The project will be completed in January. USAA of San Antonio is the developer of the $8.8 million project; Forum Studio, St. Louis, is the architect.
