Nation's Capital Will Get Yet Another Office Building

505 9th St., N.W., a 460,000-sf, Class A office building, is planned for a site between the White House and the Capitol in Washington, D.C.

Designed by Hartman Cox of Washington, the project will also have an 18,000-sf theater. Clark Construction of Bethesda, Md., has been awarded the construction contract, with TOLK (Fairfax, Va.) as MEP engineer and VIKA (McLean, Va.) as civil engineer. The project is slated for completion in fall 2007.
