The nation’s green school system: Cincinnati

The U.S. Green Building Council has ranked the Cincinnati Public School system among the most environmentally friendly in the nation, with more than 20 LEED-registered buildings. The school system is more than halfway through a 10-year, $1.1 billion rebuilding project and could become even greener.
