Federation Towers, a mixed-use development planned for Moscow, Russia, includes twin towers (85 stories and 57 stories) rising from a common podium. Upon completion in 2007, the structure will be Europe's tallest building at 345 meters (1,131 feet), and will encompass more than 3.4 million sf of office, hotel, residential, retail, restaurant, parking, and observation space. Turner Construction International has been selected as construction manager for the building, which is being design by NPS Tchoban Voss GbR Architekten BDA, Berlin, Germany, with Thornton-Tomasetti Group of New York as the structural engineer.
