Flagler Development Group has broken ground on the 400,000-sf expansion of The Palms at Town & Country, a lifestyle and retail complex in Miami. When completed, the open-air, Mediterranean-style complex will house 700,000 sf of mixed retail and a 133,000-sf professional arts center. The 75-acre development, which is owned by New York City-based TIAA-CREF, should be completed in fall 2009.
