Market center adds convenience to Chicago’s Lakeshore East

Chicago’s Lakeshore East neighborhood has a new Village Market retail center, providing residents with shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Encompassing 105,000 sf, the four-story building was a joint-venture development between Magellan Development Group and Hanwha Engineering & Construction. It was designed by Loewenberg Architects and built by James McHugh Construction to meet LEED Silver certification.
