Prospective homeowners at Residences at Vizcaya can begin soaking in rays at the new Miami-based condominium as soon as this spring. Designed by architect Behar Font & Partners, Coral Gables, and Miami-based interior designer Carola Hinojosa, the seven-story, $50 million complex includes 18 units with three to six bedrooms, priced from $1.3 million to $6 million, with the option of a custom layout. Residents will be able to take advantage of the private marina, lap pool, cabanas, and sundeck.
