Letter to the Editor: No more 'floating' students!

Regarding the cover of the June 2009 issue of Building Design+Construction, I have a problem with a rendering that is out of sync when the article is featuring software capabilities. Students "floating" down stairs on the cover or across the sidewalk on pages 40–41 are distracting and diminish the credibility of the software. It would have taken very little effort to put shadowing underneath them to anchor the images, such as the pair of men on page 41, but I don't understand why that was not carried through for all the people images. It's a small detail that distracts by its omission.
