She will be responsible for overseeing the business development and marketing staff, and for identifying business opportunities.

Under her leadership, the business development and marketing team will forge and maintain client relationships, explore new markets, and maintain active participation in industry organizations. With over 22 years of experience in the architecture and engineering industry, Dobbins has demonstrated a results-driven approach to establishing business connections and developing project strategies. Her efficiency, sound judgment, team-building management style, and professional reputation in the industry continue to be valuable assets to the firm. Dobbins holds an MBA in Marketing Management and Information Systems from Pace University. She lives in Redding, Connecticut.

Deborah J. Costantini, AIA has been promoted to Senior Architect from Project Architect. She originally joined the firm in 1997 as a Project Manager and returned in 2007 as a Project Architect. Together with others in the company leadership, she will be in charge of advancing the firm’s technical knowledge and guiding projects to successful completion. An experienced architect, Costantini meets the challenges and opportunities of her building envelope rehabilitation projects with skill, expertise, and attention to detail. Her recent projects include work at Vassar College, the Cathedral of Saint Joseph in Hartford, Cornell University, Yale-New Haven Hospital, and the University of Connecticut. Costantini is a graduate of Roger Williams University, and she lives in Trumbull, Connecticut.
