Summary: For more efficient, valuable, and sustainable buildings, it is critical to focus on engineered systems and building automation. In addition to driving the functionality and life cycle value of the most facilities, today's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (M/E/P) and controls systems also account for a large percentage of the construction budget and the majority of the operating costs of most building types.
