From the Greenbuild show floor: Glass wall systems create sheltered living spaces

November 23, 2010 |

NanaGlass SL25 is a frameless opening glass wall system for balconies, patios, and decks in multifamily buildings. The glazed window panels, which come in several finishes, help improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions. They can be customized for various configurations and glass thicknesses, and can be fixed to balcony railings or floors to create a protected, insulated space that still allows fresh air and natural light to enter. The windows are made to withstand wind loads of up to 80 stories in 90-mile-per-hour wind zones.
