The 115,000-sf graduate housing complex along the Charles River in Cambridge, Mass., will provide 215 beds in more than 30 suite configurations for Harvard University graduate, professional, and doctoral students. Kyu Sung Woo, the first architect to win Korea's Ho-Am Prize in the Arts, designed the 10 Akron Street Residences, with local landscape architects Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates and Bond Brothers, Everett, Mass., as GC.
