Situated along the A1A scenic coastal byway, the expanded convention center includes more than 200,000 sf of interior space for meetings, conventions, concerts, and trade shows, including a 97,000-sf exhibit hall and a 10,000-seat arena. Designed by Atlanta-based tvsdesign, the project is part of a larger precinct master plan that includes nearby Main Street and Ocean Walk retail and entertainment areas, the adjacent Peabody Theater, nearby existing and future convention hotels, and a future expansion to the Ocean Center.
