Cotter Ryan Commercial, LLC, based in Longwood, FL, broke ground recently on a two-story, 20,000-square-foot office building called Savannah Park at Heathrow in north Seminole County.
Kilcarraig Services LLC, a Cotter Ryan subsidiary, is the developer. Cotter Ryan Commercial is the general contractor and will move into top floor suites that total 5,000 square feet when the building opens this summer.
